Thank you all for participating in our classes, hope you are all making gelato for those dear to you (and to those you want to show off to!). Investments of the Future
Investing on daily aliments has always been a profitable and sure thing but only a few Italians in business, whether in Italy or overseas, had ever potentially valued the social and cultural aspects of this “mass product”. Every day we consume thousands of “arancini” but many of these are not even done to recipe and do not contain the necessary characteristics of our daily food needs. They are often made with little sauce or the rice is overcooked, too salty or insipid, colorings are used instead of saffron (a substantial production of these in Italy), done at times, with very little respect for the norms, and worst still, with hardly any passion. INVESTIMENTI DEL FUTURO Investire sugli alimenti quotidiani e’ sempre stato un proficuo e sicuro introito ma pochi imprenditori, italiani in Italia ed all’Estero hanno mai valutato anche gli aspetti sociali , culturali e potenziali di questo “mass product”, oltre che al semplice aspetto venale. Ogni giorno consumiamo migliaia di Arancini e molti di essi non sono neache fatti a regola o non contengono le carettaristiche necessarie per il nostro fabbisogno giornaliero. Poco sugo o riso troppo scotto, salati o insipidi, colorati invece dell’utilizzo dello zafferano (in Italia c’e’ ne una buona produzione), fatto , a volte, con poco rispetto delle norme ed ancor peggio con poca passione. OGGI, con ETHICAL COMMERCIAL RELATIONS e’ possible gustare un Arancino, e non solo, vecchio stile e col rispetto delle norme commerciali e che regolano il settore oltre, naturalmente, gli ingredienti selezionati e combinati a regola d’arte. D’altronde e’ cibo quotidiano che inconsapevolmente ci tiene in vita.
Cosa e’ ECR (ethical commercial relations)? Cosa vuol dire? Qual’e’ lo scopo? ECR vuol dire che non basta parlare solo di quanto guagagnare (spesso anche a discapito di chi ci sta’ vicino) ma anche di come guadagnare. Magari senza nuocere ad altre piccole o medie aziende che anche loro malgrado devono arrancare per portare un po’ di “mortadella” per companatico per I figli o la famiglia. Fare affari onestamente e’ ancora possible senza dover pestarsi I piedi l’uno con l’altro.

Lo scopo di ECR e’ quello di dare la giusta importanza agli alimenti coltivati e prodotti nelle regioni di residenza e consumarli a dispetto delle materie importate da chissa’ dove. Sia esse “fresche”, secche o surgelate. Moglie e buoi dai paesi tuoi…non so fino a quando. E I cibi?!? Almeno quelli devono essere di “casa tua” . Pesticidi, fertilizzanti, o.g.m. e altri chimici devono esserti almeno familiari … se vorrai poi sconfiggerli. Altrimenti, non sapendo cosa ci mandano dall’estero ci verra’ difficile stabilire le medicine da somministrarci.
